This form is to be used for both emergencies as well as other customer service issues.
We will prioritize and reply to travelers who have the following issues:
- You are in destination now
- You are departing within the next 3 days
- You have a booking and need to cancel and rebook later (Greater than 30 days prior to trip or Greater than 10 days prior to trip if you have purchased our Travel Protection Plan)
- You have a Future Travel Credit and need to book within the next 3 days
You must provide your booking reference number and we will reply back if you fit the above criteria.
All Other Inquiries
Other inquiries will be addressed as quickly as possible on a first come, first serve basis.
This system gives us the ability to prioritize urgent issues so that we can take action. Please do not call in addition to using this form and do not submit duplicate queries. These actions only cause further delays.
